New member registrations

Until we come up with a better solution to our Spammer attacks, I'm temporarily changing the authentication process to make the Site Admins the only ones to allow new members in.
It will slow down the registration process a little, but it will assure that no more unwanted Spammers or advertisers come into the site.
Once a new solution is in place we'll open it back up to the user's responsibility. This will only affect new members by allowing us to screen new applicants.

We're getting too many hits and the same idiots are getting into the site.
