We are working with OA now, and have in the past to secure special pricing for SWP members. We are still working out the details, but the acutal discounts will be posted soon. For OA's last Scenario, members recieved quite a good discount on both admission + paint (regardless of when they register/rsvp). More details will be posted on the SWP site soon, we do not disclose actual price discounts except for on our site (per our agreement with fields).

We operate at (almost always below) cost, so all discounts we recieve are passed down to our members.

So we can get the event paint which has always been Marbalizer cheaper than the pre-reg price of $55 a case and $25 registration fee, looking forward to see how much cheaper I can play for.

Yes to both. However, we do need everyone that is coming to RSVP (on the SWP site) in advance. OA will have a list of SWP members that RSVP'd and all you have to do is tell they your name. No need to worry about OA pre-registration, our prices are static. There is no charge to RSVP until the prices are set, and even then you have the option to change your RSVP.

Event pricing is up on the meet up site. They managed to get a $30.00 savings that has been passed on to the members less Paypal fees...someone has got to pay the man  Unfortunately due to this been the last game at Bowie, they (OA) are expecting a huge turn out hence the reason for the cap on the number of members allowed to enjoy the savings. So if I were you I would quickly rsvp "yes" and secure a slot. See you all on the field of paint as we kick some German butt - TO Hell Hitler!

This should be a big game, i'v heard from a number of scenario teams that plan on going. If all goes well, this should be one of their biggest turnouts. I know alot of people are wanting to play just because their is a good chance this will be the last Scenario OA Bowie has........What a shame....just last year thay had Greg Hastings....and now they are possibly closing.

Well, we should have a good turnout.....and it would be nice for eveyone to play togethor....between SWP/Geex/YPB.....we could make a pretty large sized force........better missions...better play for us all.

We have been working with OA and we have secured another price drop for our members, so please keep checking our site for updates on the price.

Yes, you will have to pay via paypal, but i would hold of for at least a day or two until the new lower prices are posted.

I will probably be there, the only issue is coming up with the funds, been coming up a bit short lately, and I sure didn't help when someone decided to run into my parked car recently, but I should probably be able to afford it, I signed up on the SWP site, but haven't RSVP'ed just yet as I am not sure I will be able to pay in advance, but I may just borrow the money because I would be able to pay it back the day before the event, anyway I have some new gear to break in and plan to do everything in my power to make it, it sounds like it's going to be epic!

So is anyone in the Fredericksburg area interested in car pooling? I have no problems getting up to the event myself, but it is nice to have someone to read the map, or who's car I can follow, so I don't have to worry about getting lost heading up there.

Allied is the side we will play this time since the OA forum looks like the Germans are stacking their side with teams.
